At Davenport Cup & Co., we are committed to delivering your coffee and tea products quickly, safely, and with exceptional care. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and more.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume seasons (holidays, sales, limited releases), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or holiday volume 


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s website.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be added in the future.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Davenport Cup & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Reshipping fees for returned or undeliverable packages

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at davenportcupco@yahoo.com. We can make changes only if the order has not yet shipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Davenport Cup & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns once items have been opened. However, if you receive the wrong product or have concerns about your order, please reach out to us at davenportcupco@yahoo.com, and we will make it right.
