Davenport Cup & Co. – No Refund / No Return Policy

At Davenport Cup & Co., we are committed to providing high-quality, freshly packaged coffee and tea products. Because our products are considered perishable, consumable goods, all sales are final.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect items selected during checkout

  • Preference-based concerns (taste, strength, flavor, etc.)

No Returns

For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of coffee, tea, or any consumable items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues

Davenport Cup & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
